Holly and Bo use Ireland’s Largest courier company, Fastway for some deliveries. As part of our service, when goods leave the Holly and Bo warehouse you will be notified by email. Within this email you will be issued with a tracking number so you can trace you delivery online with Fastway.
Any shortages, damages or non delivery of goods must be notified to Holly and Bo within 3 working days and confirmed in writing within 5 working days. Claims for shortages or non delivery must be supported by the carriers consignment or proof of delivery note on which the goods have been signed for as short or damaged as appropriate.
All deliveries should be carefully checked to ensure that the correct number of packages, boxes or cartons being signed for have been delivered as no responsibility can be accepted afterwords for non or short delivery if there is a discrepency.

WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN MY PRODUCT?
RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS
You may cancel your order and return the product at any point up to 14 days after delivery (starting the day following the delivery day). Please note it is your responsibility to return the good to us at your cost. If you wish we can arrange for our third party courier to collect the goods from you, but it will be your responsibility to cover these costs.
We request that you contact us before returning goods so we can provide the correct returns address and notify our warehouse to expect the return. We also advise, for your security, that you return goods on a registered or signed for service as we cannot accept responsibility for lost items. We also advise to insure the high value items against damages as we cannot be held liable for transportation damages incurred. If a returned product is damaged or contains missing parts we may claim against you for a breach of your statutory duty to take reasonable care of the product.
Customers are welcome to return any purchase to us within 14 days of purchase and will be offered a refund to the original payment method, or should they prefer, we can offer a credit note or exchange either.
All returned items must be in new, unopened and unused condition. It must be in its original packaging and returned to us in retail saleable condition.
Please note, you will be responsible for all returns and shipping charges.
In order for goods to qualify for a refund within 14 days of purchase, it must meet the following requirements:
- If your item was assembled, they cannot be returned as they were built specifically for you.
- The items must be returned as sold, that is in it’s original (undamaged) packaging, including any documentation and with any tamper proof seals intact.
(The product must be accompanied with the receipt.)
If an item has been used or are otherwise in unsaleable condition (damaged or soiled packaging, parts missing)Holly and Bo reserves the right to refuse a return under this policy.
We will refund you within 14 days of us receiving the return back. (ex initial shipping costs)

If you wish to return your product following 14 days from delivery the returns are subject to the following conditions:
– A 25% of the original value of the product will be incurred as a restocking fee.
– It is your responsibility to return the goods to us at your cost. If you wish we can arrange for our third party courier to collect the goods from you, but it will be your responsibility to cover these costs.
– At this point the purchaser will receive a credit note or an exchange.
– Proof of purchase is required.
